Artificial Gravity Test Plan for Sierra

This system is essential for an artificial gravity test. Take four modules, two at each end, of 2 adjustable arms attached to a center flywheel, power storage (and possibly a nuclear power source) and an inflatable control module. Test various rotation  speeds diameters to see what humans can tolerate. Next, add arms and modules for a long term test in a connected ring.

The initial test could be launched on SLS or Falcon Heavy. Until this test is passed, any exploration beyond the moon is folly.
